Ryann's 1st day of school!

What a day! Our day started this morning when my alarm went off at 6:30am. I haven't had to use one in so long... my kids are normally my alarm, thank goodness they don't wake that early! Anyways, I got up, got right in the shower while Hugh woke the girls and started breakfast and coffee ;)

I got the girls and myself ready, took some pictures at home, and we were on the road by 7:30 am.

As we pulled into the parking lot of the school, Ryann says, "I'm ready!". She was so happy and excited to start her new school career..lol

We found her class, walked and signed her in ,and off she went.....

We watched her play with the other kids for a few minutes, it was so cute. Reagan on the other hand was crying and didn't want to leave Ryann, but soon got over it when Rhonda (Hugh's mom) asked her is she wanted to go play at McDonald's Play place. Haha.

I got home around 9am and started laundry, picked up, and watched Peter Pan with Reagan. Before we knew it, it was 11:30. We made lunch and left to pick Ryann up. Ryann was sitting at her desk eating her lunch when we arrived. She told me she didn't want to leave already. She had a great 1st day and cant wait for tomorrow~!

When we got home, I put the girls down for a nap and had to wake them up at 4pm. What a day for all of us!

I cant believe that she went to school. Her teacher said she did great and had no trouble at all.

My unborn child needs a name. I am having such a hard time deciding on a name for him. I have let Hugh name is middle name "Boaz". Boaz has been a name Hugh has been wanting since he was little. It is a great story to read in the book of Ruth if you have the time. Boaz means pillar of strength.

Some names I have been interested in, and it's meaning:

Judah- Praise

Coen- Leader, Advisor

Josiah- The Lord saves

Hell-o! I apologize for the delay in blogging. I cant believe it's been a month since my last post.

Christmas went great! Santa brought the girls some cool new toys. The girls got this cool Easel from aunt Rosie. They have really been into crafts like painting and coloring. Now it's nice to have a place for it all to go.

Hugh and I spent New Years with some of our friends. Hugh cooked up some awesome fillet dinners for our friends and then we headed out to spend the night in Palm Springs ;) We went to an awesome hotel/resort called The Rivera. Our friend Clayton got us out of paying a cover which was $50! lol And special thanks to Rhonda for watching the girls so Hugh and I could spend the night out.

I had an ultrasound done last week and it was nice to see the lil' guy! He is still a he, and growing perfectly. I was surprised to see him sucking his thumb during the ultrasound because he was sucking his thumb when I had an ultrasound done at 15 weeks too. I am getting really anxious about finally meeting him. We are still unsure of his name, but hope to decide on it soon. I am reading a great book I borrowed from my Midwife called "Gentle Birth, Gentle Mothering", by Sara J Buckley. MD. Its a great book and guide to Natural childbirth and answers alot of questions.

Oh, Ryann is officially enrolled into preschool! The Lord has truly been blessing our family, and I pray he will continue to provide for us. She is starting on Jan 26th. 4 days a week till 12:30pm. Hugh will drop her off in the morning and I will pick her up. We are going shopping next week for some school clothes, lunch box and supplies for her. When we took her to meet her teacher, it was almost impossible for me to hold back my tears. I know I'm going to loose it when she really goes. (but hopefully I'll cry on the way home, not as I'm dropping her of..lol) I am looking forward to spending these last 2months with Reagan. Her and I will have some 1 on 1 time to spend together before brother is born ;)

Ryann's 4th Bday is on the 30th of this month, and per her request we are going to Disneyland ;) She is like her Daddy is so many ways!

My 23 bday is on the 31st. My mom is treating me with a day out to the spa for her and I. I am sooo looking forward to it ;)

My wonderful husband did get me a new camera for Christmas....but a week later we went to Lake Arrowhead and it was cracked in his pocket while sledding..oh well. I'll leave you with some of the few pictures we did get over the Holiday.
